Ending Period Poverty
Our mission is to address the inaccessibility of menstrual products among unhoused and disadvantaged people in the Bay Area.
At Grace Period, we the founders, Trinity Balla and Edinna Obaseki, believe in period equity, equality, and advocacy. Our mission is to raise awareness on all aspects of period poverty with the use of collective organizing and care from our community to better support the SF Bay Area within the period accessibility crisis. Through direct distribution, strategic partnerships, and crowd-funding we at Grace Period will be able to achieve our goal of ending period poverty in the Bay Area. Grace Period’s core values encompass respect for all. To bear witness for those oftentimes marginalized voices and needs often left out and not acknowledged.
